If a product is defective, it will be exchanged or refunded at no additional charge.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of your original e-mail to request a refund. If you have requested a replacement, this will be sent subject to stock levels. If the item is no longer in stock then we will ask you to select an alternative item or we will issue a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received and must not show any signs of wear or use*.
You must notify us of a return within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation. Please e-mail us at email@example.com or by using the contact page before returning any item. Cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item is defective. We recommend using a tracked method of shipping to return any items and we ask that you provide a tracking number and/or a scanned copy of the proof of postage. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them*.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised or Bespoke goods including bespoke canvas and bespoke clothing cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate clothing, lingerie, Gift cards, and downloadable products.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return/s meet the eligibility requirements above* then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receiving your return.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless defective or not as described.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s unless they are damaged or defective. If you are shipping an item over £50 GBP or an item from anywhere outside the United Kingdom, you should use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you use a trackable method of shipping. If you live outside the UK we also recommend that you attach a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
